They setup a time that worked for me & when it came time for the service, they were punctual, very respectful of my home, & most importantly did a stand up job with cleaning my stairs which is the only carpet o have in my home. They made it look like new & couldn’t be happier with the services rendered. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

So glad I chose Tri-state cleaners to take care of my carpet. My lease was up in my townhome and I wanted to make sure everything was well clean before we gave back the keys. This company took care of my needs right away! The staff were friendly, professional, and on time! They did excellent work. We needed a serious cleaning for our basement carpet (since we haven't cleaned it since we bought our house) and our area rug (kid- frequented). First off, I was thoroughly surprised by the speed at which they worked; they were technically done in an hour and a half, if that long, including the basement steps. I think the owner was being modest when he said he couldn't get those "deep" stains all the way out because I barely notice any of those stains at all. They assured us they were using environmentally friendly cleaning solutions which gave piece of mind especially with my young boys. The quality of the clean is something to reflect back on because it matched the moderate pricing so all around a fantastic, quality cleaning
